Liability for loss of or damage to cargo is governed by the terms of the applicable transportation agreement, rate confirmation, and bill of lading, and by federal law, including the Carmack Amendment, 49 U.S.C. § 14706, where applicable. Nothing on the Site expands, modifies, or waives any limitation of liability, filing deadline, claim requirement, or defense available under those agreements or under applicable law.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layout, and the "Anuo Logistics" name and marks — is the property of Anuo Logistics LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anuo Logistics LLC regarding your use of the Site.
